Elk Grove is so lucky to have one of the best City Clerks in the State.
I would trust Susan Blackston with my life.

Is Ms. Blackston just another intelligent, well-liked very popular city clerk from Lodi just another Blair King dismissal to appoint Ms. Johl to that position? And I agree with Mayor Mounce about Susan Blackston. She held city hall together during her tenure. Good luck on your new venture Susan.

Susan is so missed in the city of lodi.  When Susan provided information to the public, I knew it was correct.  The crap you get out of city hall now is a joke.  Susan, please come back.  The citizens need your open and honest representation!
