Can you get a more closed minded leftist bunch than the editors of the Sacramento Bee?
Last night the Bee launched a new blog; “The Swarm”. A blog by the braintrust that is the Editorial Board of the Sacramento bee. Now, let me say that im digging the title. Creative. I like it.
Well, until I read it.
I watched the Veep debate from bell to bell. I was complete absorbed. It was clear that Palin was outstanding and Biden was - well, typical and effective in his approach. He was...Joe Biden. I know what I was watching but what in the heck were they watching?
Biden clearly Did not Win and Palin was on fire. She beat all expectations. So I will give you “draw claim”, i will bend on that, but im not going to stomach rhetoric like Joe was dominant or Palin struggled because neither is true.
The Lefties on the bee board gave us this kind of Leftist Nuttiness last night:
“Two snap polls following tonight’s debate give the edge to Joe Biden in his debate smackdown with Sarah Palin.”
“But no Palestinians. How do you get a two state solution without acknowledging the existence of the Palestinian people? Something is terribly wrong with this picture, a major failure of both candidates.”
“What’s up with McCain? He seems to have a hard time even looking at Obama.” *
“Biden did real damage to McCain”
“Palin proved she could string together coherent sentences, an attribute many Americans had come to doubt in recent weeks.”
The best part to me is that they just can’t help themselves. Ripping McCain at every chance.
* (why bring this up last night? It only proved my point. anything to hate.)

I think both did what they needed to do. Palin continues to re-energize the Republicans with her public speeches and her raw and real character.
At the Harvest Festival this weekend, so many came up to us with much energy and just plain fired up about our ticket that my faith is once again renewed.
