Tom McClintock Election Results Update

OK - Lassen, Modoc, Plumas and Sierra counties are done.

Butte has about 1,000 total ballots in the affected region (the 4th Congressional has 8% of Butte County, including Oroville) - they have done nothing as of yet.

Sacramento has about 1,200 total ballots in the affected region. (the 4th CD includes Orangevale only)

El Dorado and Nevada Counties are down to provisionals.

Nevada County is the reason why the margin went from almost 1,300 down to the near 700… with only provisionals left, Charlie’s hopes are pretty much done.

McClintock carried Butte, Sac, and Placer County.

Speaking of Placer County - they are taking their sweet time and are only going to finish their count when every single ballot is ready to be scanned. This means Tom’s victory declaration could well be a Thanksgiving present. I think Jim McCauley is a great County Clerk - but this is the part that is annoying…

Placer is sitting on some 25,000 ballots.

There is your update. I predict the final margin of victory to be 2,200.
