Too Early to Call, But The Schwarzeperata Budget Compromise Sounds Like A win-win to Me

Im still reeling over the Fact that Don Vito Perata is willing to back down on the Tax, Baby Tax and Spend, Momma Spend mantra of the Democratic Caucus. Im still digesting the news - but There’s not much out there yet. im expecting a slew of news and opinion on Sunday so Monday morning i will have an early slate of data on the home page.
The republicans will probably have to give on some pork spending and keep in some pointless dem pet projects but its clear that we are all seeing a ray of hope at this point.
The Democrat bloggers are also already reeling a bit as well; Calling it “A Shame”.
I totally disagree. While I don’t trust Don Vito Perata as far as I could toss him, he is not a dumb man. Political chicken is his game. So For him to cave at this point shows me that even he can realized that all of them have failed. Something had to give.
